Terms of use
Version 1, published 29 October 2026. Submissions are open and this document applies to them. Applies to paymatch-preview.t6y11a.workers.dev ("PayMatch").
Revision, 2 November 2026: the word "anonymised" was replaced with the precise description (requirements shared without your name or email). No practice, right or scope changed. A same-day follow-up aligned the remaining summary phrases to the same meaning: requirement text is shared as written, and only the registered email field is withheld.
The service
PayMatch collects payments requirements from buyers and matches them with providers. It is free for buyers. Submitting a brief does not guarantee a match or an introduction, and we are not a party to any contract you may later agree with a provider.
Your brief
Provide accurate information you are entitled to share. Your requirement text may be shown to providers as written; the email you register with is not included, and it is shared only with your approval of a specific introduction.
Acceptable use
No scraping, automated abuse, false briefs, or unlawful use. We may rate-limit, reject or block abusive submissions.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes of introductions or provider services.
These terms describe what the service actually does today; they were prepared without legal review.
