Tell us what you need from payments. We match you with providers that fit.
Share a short brief - volumes, markets, must-haves, budget range, timeframe. We match requirements against provider coverage and introduce you only to providers you approve. Free for buyers; provider billing is not live yet, and providers will pay only for qualified, accepted introductions. Your details are never sold as a list.
Start a briefFor providersHow it works
1. Describe the need
Choosing or switching payments services - acceptance, orchestration, fraud tooling, payouts? Answer a short structured brief.
2. We match requirements, not identities
Your requirement text is matched against provider coverage; the email you register with is not included. You see the shortlist first and choose who may be introduced.
3. You approve every introduction
A provider receives your email address only after you say yes to that specific introduction. We are onboarding our first providers now; briefs submitted today are matched as coverage is confirmed.
Write a brief that is easy to match
Say what you are buying
Name the service: card acceptance, orchestration, fraud tooling, payouts, or something else. "Switching acquirer when our contract ends in March" is matchable; "help with payments" is not.
Give rough numbers
Approximate annual volume, average ticket, and countries you sell into are enough. Ranges are fine; exact figures are not needed at brief stage.
Separate must-haves from nice-to-haves
A must-have like "settlement in USD within two days" rules providers in or out quickly. Nice-to-haves help rank the shortlist.
State your timeframe
A decision date or contract end date tells providers how to prioritise and keeps introductions relevant.
Keep sensitive details out
Never include card numbers, bank details, passwords, or confidential contract terms. The email you register with is never included when requirements are shown to providers, but anything you write in the brief itself is shared as written, and details like volumes and markets can still point to your business. Leave out anything you would not want a provider to read.
One need per brief
Separate needs, for example acceptance plus payouts, match better as two briefs than as one combined brief.
We are onboarding our first providers now. A clear brief helps us assess fit if suitable providers become available; matches and timing are not guaranteed.

What providers see, exactly
What is removed
When your requirements are shown to a provider, the email address you registered with is not included. We never ask for your name. That is the whole mechanism - nothing fancier.
What stays visible
Everything you write in the brief itself: what you are buying, rough volumes, markets, timeframe. Those details are the point of sharing, and they can sometimes point to your business.
What this is not
It is not anonymity. A provider reading "8m USD a year, contract ends March" may be able to guess who you are, especially in a small market. Write your brief with that in mind.
What protects you instead
The introduction step. Your registered email goes to a provider only when you approve that specific introduction, and contact details are never sold as a list. Anything you type into the brief text itself is shared as written, so keep identifying details out of it.
Common questions
Is PayMatch free for buyers?
Yes. Submitting a brief and approving introductions is free for buyers. Provider billing is not live yet; providers will pay only for introductions the buyer accepts.
Who sees my brief?
Your requirement text may be shown to providers; the email you register with is not included. Details you write, like volumes and markets, can still point to your business, so leave out anything you would not want a provider to read. The email you register with goes to a provider only after you approve that specific introduction.
When will I hear about a match?
We are onboarding our first providers now. Matches and timing are not guaranteed. If you opted into updates, we email you when there is relevant progress; otherwise we only contact you about your brief itself.
How do I confirm my email?
After you submit, we send one single-use confirmation link to the address you gave. Unconfirmed submissions are deleted after 30 days.
What do providers see and pay for?
Providers see your requirement text, never the email you register with, and can request an introduction. Billing is not live yet; the model is that providers pay only for introductions the buyer accepts. They never receive a purchased contact list.
Can I get a copy of my data or have it deleted?
Yes. Use the data requests page. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
